We want to spread the word that happy, healthy eating is not difficult. Our concept is simple: learning how to cook leads to never-ending pleasure and a much more fulfilling relationship with food.

Everyone and anyone has the potential to cook terrific food. It's not rocket-science, just a set of learned skills and a pinch of chemistry.

To get an idea of the sorts of tuition we can offer please have a look below:

  • We offer private tuition in the comfort of your home., in your kitchen, where hopefully you feel most comfortable
  • Each lesson is tailored to the student so you learn exactly what you want to. 
  • We offer some three hour lessons designed to teach you some dinner party staples or a beginners ‘how to’ session.
  • Alternatively why not do a ‘half day’ full-on tutorial, where we can cover a huge range of skills and recipes.
  • All ingredients and travel (within London) are included in the price.
  • Our tuition is perfect for every level of cook as we will tailor the lessons to you and your desires.

Dinner Party Menus

3 HOURS - £300 FOR UP TO THREE STUDENTS

Three delicious and achievable dishes, and maybe some canapés too, that you’ll be able to replicate for friends, as well as feast on as we cook.

How to Cook

3 HOURS ~ £200 FOR UP TO TWO STUDENTS

Lessons for beginner or intermediate cooks, who want (or you want them …) to have more confidence in the kitchen.

Ranging from the very basics of knife skills and organisation, through techniques such as poaching, roasting and frying fish, meat and vegetables. We will cook at least three dishes that can be eaten at the end of the lesson, or saved for another day. The lesson will be tailored to the abilities and aspirations of the student(s).

Booking two or more lessons will enable us to plan a programme of development, through which the student(s) will be able to see a progression in their skill, confidence and, ultimately, the food they cook.


Bespoke

£450 FOR A ‘HALF DAY’ FOUR HOUR COURSE FOR UP TO FOUR STUDENTS.
LARGER GROUPS MAY BE POSSIBLE ON REQUEST.
BESPOKE MASTERCLASS LESSONS, AIMED TOWARDS MASTERING SPECIFIC TECHNIQUES AND / OR INGREDIENTS.
FOR ANY STANDARD OF COOK.

Learn or improve your butchery, fish preparation, bread or pastry making skills, create beautiful canapés, expand your dessert repertoire, understand how to cook game, make beautiful dishes from ingredients that you’ve always been too scared to try, learn recipes that will impress your friends, become more inventive with your cooking, be inspired … it’s up to you.

Half day lessons are highly recommended. From experience, this is a good amount of time for multiple skills and recipes to be passed on.
